Kidnapped in Haiti is based on the international news story from the fall of 2021. Katrina’s exclusive interviews with the 17 missionaries create a front-row seat for readers to experience life as a hostage in Haiti.  In their 62 days in gangster camp, the missionaries faced hunger, tarantulas, and fire ants. Their faith in God sustained them, but they differed on how that faith should be lived. Finally, they realized if they would ever be free, God would have to work a miracle to unify their hearts.
